Pouring Grace

But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God. — Acts 20:24, NLT

Joy in buckets, love that flows

like water, a giving that frees

the soul and sends waves

in a continuing flood

of refinement — you are worth

my time; my peace I pass along.

There is an abundant measure

of goodness, and we cannot

empty ourselves of kindness

for the giving of it replenishes

our supply — I am thankful

God made you; I see you

and you look like me,

imperfect and loved

by Perfection.  Rest,

gentle friend, and drink

the living grace pouring

freely from my hands.
