Time was created by God
Who lives outside of our
linear existence — take
a moment and imagine
eternity: no beginning, no
end, no minutes or hours,
no way of clocking, no pace
of before or after — just
existence unframed.
We can’t comprehend this
because we are bound
by the second hand,
our physical days numbered,
flesh has its conception
and death. One day
we will be different, the breath
that leaves flesh is spirit
and will return to a new body
living without end, unbound
within God’s limitlessness.
