There are mothers
who make me miss
motherhood
in the most wonderful
way, who spark my own
mothering-soul, those
mama bears who shine
brightest when rendering
tender care, keeping
the night-watch, nurturing
with the fullest kind
of sacrificial love,
those whose hearts knit
love stitches, weaving
comfort and calm
for the little souls
they are blessed to cherish
from conception
to forevermore.
