There is so much beauty
in this weary and broken world—
butterfly wings,
the sun each morning,
kindness,
gentle words—
we must walk in two truths:
we live in a world ravaged
by our fallen nature,
and we live in a world
lit by Your creative spark;
may we sojourn humbled
by both, finding the narrow
path, eyes open to all beauty
along our own soul-road home.
